Last night's BBQ SKEWERS

entraña (skirt steak, but not really? something lost in the translation years ago and I'm not changing it with my meat purveyor) spicy chicken vegetables with rosemary marinade some churrasco ribs one neighbor brought

smoked some orange catfish (orange zest, oil, s&p) the spelt bread I made this week

and as I type this I just remembered the apple & potatoe salad I left in the fridge 🤔 ....that must've been the beer

Super nice, nice neutral white fish with a good smokey orange flavor.

, I spread a drizzle of oil in the bottom of the pan, then the orange zest, S&P...the oil really took on the zest flavor. Fish on top of that, then repeated the oil n zest.... light smoke just enough to cook through.

the usual, porridge for brekkie, toast with pb for lunch, a dairy free brownie and jasmine tea for afternoon tea, spag bol for dinner
