I for one, am tired of all the "winning".

[–] DrBob@lemmy.ca 8 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Please sir, can we stop winning?

[–] meowmeow@quokk.au 8 points 3 months ago

Maybe we should have a peaceful protest asking the billionaires to please stop billioning.

It is not really possible to see on this tiny resolution map, but I assume it is Israel who represents the single instance of naming "Iran" the biggest threat.

The Baltics answer USA? doubt

They're in white so invisible (edit: it's actually very light grey) unfortunately. Very hard to make out in this potato quality pic. The blue splodge above Poland is Kaliningrad but Estonia should be directly below Finland and is just... Not.

Czechia and Slovakia are also invisible, but I can almost assure you the answer is Russia for Czechia and - depending if you ask the government or the people - it is Russia or USA for Slovakia

[–] Homer1@lemmy.world 2 points 3 months ago

Nah, there is no data for the baltics.

[–] artwork@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago

May I ask, do you live in any of the Baltics country?

[–] ICastFist@programming.dev 5 points 3 months ago

Makes sense that Eastern European countries would see Russia as the biggest threat, since Putin's still there and less than 1000km away.

I'm surprised China was only picked by Japan and no other SEA country. I wonder if Taiwan was counted as a separate country, too? The island is blue in this map.

Wow, that's an embarrassing discrepancy, here in the EU.

[–] Mohamed@lemmy.ca 11 points 3 months ago

Well the war on Ukraine being so close to home probably made people more fearful of Russia.

The title of the post is misleading, the image just says "who is the largest threat", not "the largest threat to the world". For Europe to answer Russia is pretty obvious since america is unlikely to attack us before Russia.

Most of us are a self aware group, it’s just that, somehow, we decided to put the oblivious ones in charge of the hen house. Mainly because the alternate option on the ballot was a woman and, well, we can’t be having that now, can we?

Well, there was also that war that every one there seemed to go back to not caring about, now that their wallets have been affected...

USA is being cucked by Israel so they all really hate the israel policy that the USA is forced to take. The real answer is Israel trust me most Americans want nothing to do with this shit and we are getting tired of it.

Thank you Japan. That is mildly heartwarming
