Nicholas Tartaglione, his cell mate, was moved out of Epstein's cell the day before Epstein was suicided.
The note was allegedly written for his previous attempt.
The important fact here is that after the first “attempt” Epstein claimed his cellmate assaulted and tried to kill him. The same cellmate that took his “suicide note”.

The unauthenticated letter is ostensibly from Epstein's unsuccessful suicide attempt in July 2019.
