I am not a professional, so I am looking for a wiki where non professionals can contribute. My goal is mostly to make for digestible/accessible the resources already available by professionals.

If you're looking for an autism alternative wiki to this fandom one, there is http://actuallyautistic.wiki/wiki/Main_Page but it's also not about neurodivergency in general.
Your first link is from Hard Drive, which is quite obviously a parodic website, kinda like the Onion but for tech. That being said, Wikia/Fandom is a parasitic growth on the internet that leeches on the free work of countless enthusiasts, and alternative fan-run wikis should be used instead.
I know, it was supposed to be a fun article, it nevertheless illustrates the problem. I'll mark it.
Almost all wikis aren't peer reviewed and they aren't designed for it. It would also be a hard thing to pull off unless you have a very specific topic where a group of users can manage a relatively small number of articles.
