Well - no kidding. You see this in every protracted war that doesn't have a clear objective - inevitably, soldiers plus time minus a plan leads to murdering The Others. Vietnam, the Balkans, WW1 & 2 - every war where you mix invaders and civilians over a long period of time leads to genocide. Soldiers without a plan will turn to killing whoever isn't like them - quickly. One of the many abominations that the black hearted gangster ghoul needs to answer for.

That's true. Rolling crematoriums to incinerate military and political leadership. A specific plan on precisely how many people would have be to murdered to cow the rest into submission. The Russians seem particularly given to this type of casual industrialized death.
