The dumpster company did the right thing, IMO.

It would cost them a lot of money to take the huge load of trash to the municipal dump, and illegal dumping on the street is nuisance to the community.

Perez said what frustrated him most was what he found left behind: two $1 bills and a smiley face drawn on the receipt.

Yeah fuck that guy. Probably not his first time stiffing someone on payment to do a job.
