I have been looking for instances of peertube, but some of them do not have registration enabled or only support a specific type of videos (For example, technology), I want an instance where you can register and that is not limited by a specific theme for the videos.

spectra.video is good, I've been on there for like a year. The admin is active on fedi and keeps the instance updated.

There's peertube.tv and fediverse.tv but please donate to them if you join them because they are big instances and they need money

Peertube.tv does not allow new user registration.

Huh, I didn't notice they closed registrations but it makes sense because like I said, it's a big server
