That neckline is begging for a statement necklace. Either a simple pendant, or a chunky necklace that comes to a point, so it's less like an empty picture frame.

Uhh I like chunky things, I’ll look for a chunky necklace next time I go thrifting
This! Also a pop of color on that would be good.
Hii hope you are well! For the dress you could add a small belt to it or try a white bolero kind of top?
I like your har too!
Oh! Bolero or colorful cropped underbust bodice, like for a belly dance costume
Okidoki
Oki, thanks 🙏
Colorful accessories, a large tote. Your hair looks fantastic.
I do have some nice large totes, and since I’m heading out for coffee anyway, I’ll take one with me
I'd say, because of/thanks to the intricate pattern, which also contains multiple colors, it does work great on its own too. :) However! From a distance, it could give a dark-ish impression, so how about giving it some "accent" with a colorful - single color, mind you - accessory? A belt, a ribbon, a choker (yes, I'm from that era :D)? I'm a sucker for red ribbons myself. 😆
I’ve been looking for an excuse to buy a choker, so I might go for one this weekend, thanks 😊
Choker sounds great, mother of pearl, maybe.
I agree with the other comments about a belt of some kind! Looking great in it though for sure
Maybe some small jacket for the arms or a necklace? It already looks good on you though I'd say.
I do need a jacket, it’s starting to get rainy here in Mexico and with the rain come the cold evenings.
Could try one of these corset style belts, I always think they look great with the empire waist
Yay, I love links! Thanks for sharing, I’ll def have a look
Im surprised this dress doesnt have one because alot of mine like this have it, but a ribbon/cord of some kind! Think like a robe ribbon, but for a dress. You tie it right under bust and make a pretty bow and it helps give the dress a more flattering shape.
Although no shade to you, it looks amazing as is girl!
Also like someone else said, getchu some cheap necklaces from wherever you prefer to shop. Its like a cheat code. I have several lol
Thanks 😊, my gf has already planned a jewelery haul :)
I wouldn't belt the dress itself, I love the sweep of it from that subtle underbust band. Let it be free to waft along with you. Accessorize elsewhere: a necklace, tote, cute shoes.
Your hair is great!
Accessories would help I think. A necklace, bracelets, and a belt. Some smaller silver pieces for the brackets and necklace. A thin neutral tone, like black or very dark brown belt. I’d personally wear the belt a bit loose so it hands unevenly on my hip. The silver adds a small accent and the belt helps emphasize your form.
I like the idea of a loose brown belt 😋
