Cinemaware had some really dope games.

My favorite as a kid was: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It_Came_from_the_Desert

Loved that game. But I never finished it.

I played that on the NES long ago. I sucked at it.

Once I managed to unify England and win the game and I still have no idea how that happened and I'm sure dumb luck must have been part of it. It certainly never happened again.

There were several games like that for me when I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s. :)

This was the only game that we had for a Gameboy that was given to us. It was well played but not well loved. Trying to conquer the board was impossibly difficult and the "rescue the princess" swordfight missions could be beat by holding right and pressing "BBBBBBA" repeatedly. The jousting was fun though. I had no idea it was based on an older game.

@Agent_Karyo it's the game that showcased what the #commodore #amiga was really capable of.
I must confess I always have mixed feelings about remakes of classic videogames of the past.

That was a bit before my time. I started playing computer games in 96 with Simcity 2000, although the Amiga scene at the time sounded like a lot of fun (and you could still see the Amiga influence even in the mid 90s).

I think it depends on the remake and how it is done.

Played that on the Commodore. Going to have to see what the remake will look like.

Edit: wonder if they’ll still have the tits.

I played the hell out of this game on my commodore.
