Doesn't help that the US military are saying the recent war in Iran is to start a holy war and bring about the apocalypse. A death cult with nukes that want to take as many of us with them as they can. How is this being swept aside like every other "end of the world" theory? They're actively orchestrating it.

I feel like it's not fair to get proof that we are killing the planet with CO² and instead of stopping it at a reasonable time, they instead hid that from everyone so that they could make it happen faster so that Jesus would come back. Our species is commiting suicide at the behest of a death cult with extraordinary PR. How are we all just allowing this ...?

Because we don't feel the heat on our backs yet.

Worse: they are now using AI to determine targets, amd they want to make fully autonomous weapons

Unfortunately that's just a symptom of a much deeper problem. USA is almost completely brainwashed by zionism (christian, jewish, atheist, etc).

Yes, that's the point. They all want the apocalypse for various fashy/religious reasons.

Fuck it. I’m going to live like this is my last day in my life. Anyone else fancy for a beer?

Who exactly has been saying, officially on behalf of the U.S. military, that this is the U.S. military's goal for the war?

I hate to see people thinking an end is coming and then trying to make it worse. Whatever this all is we are here together.

It's all just us, in here, together.

Apocalyptic beliefs, amplified by apocalyptic AI

It's worth noting that what the study specifically focuses on is not so much the prevalence of apocalyptic beliefs but their forms, in particular the way that each form affects how its adherents respond different kinds of risks. The hope of this people running this study was that it might be useful in helping policymakers communicate with people.

(At least, this is what I have gleamed from the abstract and from reading a couple of articles about it, which is the best that I can do given that I am not willing to pay for access to it.)

Religious organizations that get involved in politics should be taxed heavily

Duh. This is the hegemonic narrative promoted by zios and evangelicals. The zios get support for their theft, genocide, etc. The evangelicals get zio support and a scared, brainwashed congregation.

Both christian and jewish zionism are fundamentally based on the apocalypse. And that's the dominant imperial religion. It's sus that this article doesn't mention that at all.

The US is using AI in weapons. Hegseth is a moron and might put them in the nuclear arsenal.

This isn't conspiracy theories. The group of atomic scientists have moved the clock closer to midnight than it has ever been in history.

It is neither invalid nor bad to be concerned about the possible end of all life on earth.

I still think conspiracy theories are loony.
They are nowhere near as sick and bizarre as whatever is going on right now!
