Everything on the plate looks delicious. Awesome bread, great cook on the bacon. 10/10 would smash.

You I had me up til anchovies
you didn't have me until anchovies
This is the way
I love this!
Anchovy butter? Sounds funky
It's tasty.
Anchovy butter
1 stick unsalted butter, softened.
¼ cup parsley, minced
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced.
Heck yea, thanks! Adding this to my recipe to-do list.
It only needs two fish out of a tin so make sure you have a recipe ready for the rest of it. My leftovers are going on pizza. Caesar salad is also a good one even though it isn't part of the original recipe.
What's a Soldier in this context?
Toast cut into strips for dipping in the yolk.
This looks so fucking good! Never tried a goose egg, they look delicious!!

That looks outstanding.
Huh. I don't think I've ever seen goose eggs for sale. Usually just chicken, plus sometimes duck or quail too.
Do you keep geese or do they sell goose eggs in the stores where you live?
We have geese. Got them to protect the chickens from hawks and go mow the yard. But as a bonus we get eggs each spring.
