Suuuuuuure.
He'll randomly walk in the opposite direction of a head of state during a formal meeting, dance awkwardly to himself on television for a half hour to a song on repeat, get up during a cabinet meeting to stare blankly out the window for 10 minutes, shit himself on live television repeatedly.........
.......but him calling into a talk show and doing a character he was known for in the past when he's supposed to be in a meeting is preposterous.

Eh, it sounded like a (really good) impression. Not saying it would be out of character, it's definitely the sort of thing he would do. But the caller sounded too young and alert.
I wonder if it's an impersonator or something trying to go viral. Trump famously used to do this, but it's been on the Internet a while, and while we all know Trump is a moron, I find it odd he wouldn't even bother to change up the name of his alter ego. Also, I feel like he'd call Fox. He probably doesn't even know what C-SPAN is.
It sounds way more like a person doing a trump voice than trump trying to not sound like himself
Watched the clip, and its absolutely him. Same voice, same jokes, same meandering.
How anyone could think it's not him is a mystery
