It would probably help if we didn't turn around shipments of kei cars. Those things do the least damage by every measure.

You can't exactly jump in a Daihatsu Mira and pull off a school zone gouranga. The gluesniffers in Parliament need to make the pain of registering a vehicle increase with size.
