Peru again is without a president. It’s been 7 presidents in 10 years, soon to be 9 (one temporary replacement and one election in April).
What would be different if there was no principal leader where you live? Would anything change?
We have a toddler in a diaper for a "leader" ... this doesn't feel hypothetical.
