It's a mix of about 45% extra strong white, 45% extra strong wholemeal, and 10% spelt. I love the flavour it produces.
Lovely. But if anyone touched my loaves without giving them time to cool, I'd slap the knife out of their hands.
The one on the left came out weirdly misshapen. You should give it to me to, uh, get rid of it for you or something. :)
