That's the backup plan, of course ๐Ÿคท

The message is nice, but "being nice" is straight up not a good way to achieve immortality. The people you've affected will remember you but one generation out and you're forgotten. And that assumes people ruminate on the kind acts they've experienced a lot.

The people we remember are mostly remembered for doing grand things. Maybe that's not a convenient truth, but it is true.

Yeah, you have to burn a library or something.

Or, on the flip side, invent the system that every library uses to sort books

Well that's on us. We should be better at remembering kindness. We should never forget Mr Rogers

True... but also, turning an enemy into an ally is a very powerful strategy (and it works in reverse too).

Be loving. Be kind. Be completely psychotic against those who would hurt others.

I feel that if I made a list of the top 2000 most difficult to forget people, we would find that their average niceness is below that of a typical person tbh

You should be kind. The world would be a lot better a place. Unfortunately Hitler died long before I was born and will still be remembered long after I'm forgotten about completely. People who have the ability to choose between good and evil know this.
