I'm guessing this is the video, but the audio isn't there, obviously because of the copyright infringement. You could add the audio back and upload the result to YouTube or Vimeo, but it'll probably be removed or stripped again. Streamable is more tolerant of infringements, afaik (or no one bothers with complaining to them).
To my knowledge, high-profile music videos being removed is more often due to copyright or contract issues between the label, the musicians, etc. — which makes it impossible to host such a video legally. E.g. Amon Tobin's ‘Four Ton Mantis’ evidently suffers from some legal issues, probably related to sampling, because it's been removed from streaming releases and YouTube, and third-party uploads are regularly sniped from Vimeo.
