I'm guessing this is the video, but the audio isn't there, obviously because of the copyright infringement. You could add the audio back and upload the result to YouTube or Vimeo, but it'll probably be removed or stripped again. Streamable is more tolerant of infringements, afaik (or no one bothers with complaining to them).
To my knowledge, high-profile music videos being removed is more often due to copyright or contract issues between the label, the musicians, etc. — which makes it impossible to host such a video legally. E.g. Amon Tobin's ‘Four Ton Mantis’ evidently suffers from some legal issues, probably related to sampling, because it's been removed from streaming releases and YouTube, and third-party uploads are regularly sniped from Vimeo.
Holy shit, I need to provide my government issued ID to watch the video? What the hell? I was willing to download it, put the audio back in and put it on a peertube instance, but not if that means giving up my identity. Digital ID verification has gone a little bonkers.
Would you uh... be willing to download it if possible? It seems like you have gotten access to it 🫣
Try using a VPN?
Setting it to the USA worked. I'll be damned. Cheers mate!
PM'ed the link. Turns out the audio is there — guess I just had it disabled on the phone.
