In my opinion, everyone is a complete and independent individual, and they should make positive evaluations of themselves

[–] dumbass@piefed.social 18 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I'm positive I'm a dumbass.

[–] tal@lemmy.today 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

@dumbass@lemmy.world @dumbass@sh.itjust.works @dumbass@sopuli.xyz

Lot of that going around, apparently.

[–] dumbass@piefed.social 4 points 4 months ago

We are many and we are dumb!

[–] Lembot_0006@programming.dev 1 points 4 months ago (2 children)

In other words, you wanted to say: "You're a complete dumbass and are not even able to describe yourself properly!"?

[–] chloe@lemmy.zip 3 points 4 months ago

No.I am Chinese,I don't know how to articulate my viewpoint precisely.

[–] yakko@feddit.uk 1 points 4 months ago

Chalk it up to cultural differences

[–] Sergio@piefed.social 2 points 4 months ago

Take pride in being a dumbass. Start listening to Insane Clown Posse.

!juggalos@lemmy.world !

[–] Golden@lemmy.blahaj.zone 12 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I would start the sentence with the things I liked the most about myself and follow it with connecting phrases to include additional ancillary facts about myself that are interesting.

[–] kaulquappus@feddit.org 4 points 4 months ago

Technically correct, the best kind of correct.

How I would bescribe myself: "behold! I will now write my name on my arm."

How I woukd describe myself:"The Disillusioned-with-reality guy."

An introvert who has come to realize community is essential

[–] Allero@lemmy.today 3 points 4 months ago

Me. Introversion doesn't mean individualism. We can support the community in many ways, we can participate in it and bond with it. And this makes us stronger.

[–] AstroLightz@lemmy.world 7 points 4 months ago

In case you didn't know, I use Arch Linux.

[–] RBWells@lemmy.world 7 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I love the poetic typos in this question.

Bescribe? I suppose I would bescribe myself by offering to write something for someone.

Asentence? What a magical sounding word. An asentance sounds like it means a non- sentence or something that transcends sentencing.

Not quick to anger

Been around for awhile

Tall (for a girl)

[–] stringere@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 months ago

Bescribing is when you receive personalized, custom-made descriptions.

[–] Lembot_0006@programming.dev 5 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Do you understand that even rather restrictive English grammar still allows to make a sentence of arbitrary length?

[–] klymilark@herbicide.fallcounty.omg.lol 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

There are several books which are hundreds of pages while measuring in the single-digits in sentences, it's one of my favorite genres. Commas, semicolons, and emdashes are your best friends

[–] Sergio@piefed.social 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Never heard that term, but I now know how to find more things to enjoy, ty!

[–] gnomesaiyan@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

The description that can be spoken is not the Eternal description. That said: I'm a fucking fairy in combat boots.

[–] GreyShuck@feddit.uk 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Some decades back I described myself in a social organisation's yearbook as "Degenerate freeloader and card-carrying pope" - which should indicate my influences at the time.

I no longer carry a pope card.

[–] Sergio@piefed.social 3 points 4 months ago

card-carrying pope

In related news, just a couple minutes ago I Learned there were four popes named "Sergius" over a millenium ago!

[–] moondoggie@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

Surprisingly indescribable.

[–] Strider@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

[–] gAlienLifeform@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

[–] RodgeGrabTheCat@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 months ago

Physically lazy with a mind that never stops thinking of solutions to problems that may one day exist.

[–] Wolf314159@startrek.website 2 points 4 months ago

Despectacled.

[–] DeathByBigSad@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 months ago

I'm trapped inbetween two empires that hates me with no place to call "home"

[–] gigastasio@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 months ago

I am a nondescript thing that moves through time and space without attracting attention.

[–] Zozano@aussie.zone 2 points 4 months ago

I'm inbescribable
