If protesting and obstructing ICE peacefully, within your rights and with civility, is going to have the same consequences as an attempt on their life, well... Maybe they'll find out that they can't play the fear card forever. Fascism usually features some carrots to keep the population tolerating it, and this administration seems sorely lacking.

That seems to be a subject of debate but the Supreme Court has ruled in the past that the bill of rights applies to anyone in the US, not just citizens.

I'm going to need citations for ICE raiding schools, repelling from helicopters to raid apartment buildings, shooting people in the face, going door to door without warrants, ramming cars to kidnap people on the suspicion they aren't citizens, disappearing citizens for months at a time, saying Real ID isn't proof of citizenship, or deporting people to prisons in other countries that the person isn't from with an understanding that they will never be released despite a lack of due process.

It's one thing to make a claim, it's another time back it up and prove your point.
