I was with Verizon for years, as they got more and more expensive, and customer service got worse and worse, and then they started charging for it.
So I switched to T-Mobile. They have the same mediocre service, but they are half the price, and include Netflix and Hulu. I also got their $35 Internet, which works fine, and that includes Paramount and Peacock. Then they have TMobile Tuesdays, which gets me good deals on pizza.
So imagine my schadenfreude as Verizon dive-bombed yesterday.
Why Bruno Mars specifically? Am I out of some loop? I'm old so probably.
I'm guessing the outage came when everyone was trying to buy Bruno Mars tickets before scalpers got to them.

Krispy Kreme gave out free donuts for 2 hours as a consolation for the outage.
I’m going to call today and see if I can get even a small credit on my next bill. I went almost 12 hours with no service. I’ve been with them since before their name was even Verizon, but I know what my answer will be. I’m still going to try. 🤷🏻♂️
