It’s just one study, but it’s not that wild to think that companies actually do engage in reverse discrimination for the sake of optics. The bigger picture is obviously more complex, but the fact that many leftists simply deny this takes place at all is sad and unhelpful.

It was awful. God fearing Americans had to stop owning slaves, find ways to pick cotton, work the land, clean their homes. To make it worse, blacks, Asians and others got RIGHTS! Hells bells, actual rights. Those rights didn't take away the rights of other Americans, but still unfair and even now, white America has to compete with the former slaves to earn money to live. Umm, that's, frankly, quite the shit take on the situation.
First, he's fucking lying. A loss of privilege simply does not compare at all to the brutality of systemic racism.
Second, with very rare exception, white people absolutely do not get mistreated to anywhere near the degree monitors do. So, every other ethnicity is treated far worse, and always have been.
Finally, no, money will never make anybody "one of the good ones". Not fucking ever.
