Went to a friend's last night as a send off to our vacation, they had a catered paella that was kind of a cooking class, very good intentions but the execution.... and I am far from a paella snob but this was an absolute travesty made for tourists.
But we had a great time and our friends family enjoyed it, and appreciated the gesture for sure!
