Another cool donkey fact is that shepards use them instead of guard dogs. Since they are super teritorial they will chase and kick the living crap out of any predator that might come close.

Basically a horse-sized dog with the violence level of a Canada Goose

Makes me think of that video in which a donkey caught a coyote with its teeth and whipped it around until it went full ragdoll. Regarding security, they do not play around.

I went searching YouTube for the clip and the first result was this little gem 😄

I like how calm the donkey is while eating, it's ears still tracking the coyote.

Coyote: [to itself] "Should I go in there?]

Donkey: [with a mouthful of grass] "Whatever, it's your funeral, pal."

Coyote: "Hmm, better not."

“Alright kids, all aboard the school ass!”

Lambs, not kids. It's ok, a lot people mix up sheep and goats.

But it's never OK to mix up goatse

I wish donkeys were universally loved like other pets, they are very intelligent

If I remember correctly shepherds keep them around because they are very tough. They do not like wild animals bothering their sheep friends.

I keep reading this as donkey nanites and seeing a donkey metal gear.

Hee-hau pair

Is Donkeyposting the next Lemmy trend after beanposting, jeanposting and cornposting? If so, I approve.

Is this a dual purpose breed of sheep?
