‘Smoke on the Water’ from the same concert — a different camera angle, but worse sound.

The nerd with a laptop in the back is the founder of the band, Uwe Schmidt aka Atom™, Atom Heart, Lassigue Bendthaus, and many other aliases. Back in the nineties, he was making lots of electronic music, namely acid house, techno, idm, ambient among other genres. He often collaborated with Tetsu Inoue and Pete Namlook.

In 1997, Schmidt moved from his native Germany to Chile and founded the Señor Coconut project, first producing songs on his own before getting together a live band sometime in early-mid 2000s. He also continued to produce electronic music and making remixes for a variety of popular artists.
