I’ve been no added sugar for 2 months. One day of eating and I now feel like I’ve just participated in some kind of contest where the objective was to acquire diabetes.
8 years into no refined sugar, desert is nauseating.
The "full of cheese" thing is weird. Why? I mean ... its exactly right but ... why?
well it rhymes and is it really christmas if you havent gotten multiple pieces of fancy cheeses
We have just gorged on boxing day cheese. Im full of cheese and content.
