Shrimp has used SDRangel and SDR++, but they both lack support for a certain digital mode that use π/4 Differential Quadrature Phase-Shift Keying.

GNU Radio is amazing! And looks soooo hard. I have an RTLSDR and its fun to play around with some of the easier programs.
