Hoping for a short day. Have to get home and bake for tonight. We do a family gathering with my wife's family on Christmas Eve, then spend Christmas Day at home in our pajamas feasting on Christmas Eve leftovers.

Bert is eating with the rest of the herd! He's getting so brave! Which he should be since he's about three times the size of everyone else.

Stepbrother and his fiance were at his father's place. They brought their cat with them (it was for 3 days? Why??)

She let the cat out on the last day. Into a nightmare of a house the cat got lost in immediately. Like on purpose. I'm angry.

They went home without the cat.

I'm going back over today to search for the cat more. I'm not hopeful. The other cats in the household aren't reacting as though she's inside.

I'm angry.

I'm preparing mentally for the worst but still going to try and find her. It's just so infuriating.
