Stabbed? Damn, I thought it was just about getting punched. It's a lot worse than I thought.
Well, the severity of the threat depends on context. The school bully is more likely to beat you up, but if it's a gang or prison situation your life is in serious danger
But I guess in the context of the comic it doesn't really matter, only that the kid isn't getting stitches because he ain't no snitch
The second half of it, at least in Wayne county, is “naw fuck that, they get ditches”
The saying isn't "only snitches get stitches", the insurance company probably just denied it
Had to look up the logical fallacy because I thought there must be a name for it. It's called "affirming the consequent" or "fallacy of the converse" among other names.
That's my favorite fallacy! =D
