MODERATORS
Super excited, we got invited to our Swiss- Canadian friends Christmas Raclette today. 'proper Swiss Raclette, not that German one'.
Mind you, Swiss, German, American cheese food product, I'm just a fan of cheese on potato (and toast, and whatever else).
Posting for the next few days: Christmas Eve is a brunch at another friends with suckling pig, rosemary roast parsnips, honey roast carrots, and I'm sure some Irish Whiskey.
Christmas day we have our traditional dinner service at 2 (I cure and smoke hams, roast turkey and roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, all the rest of the fixings and my grandms 1932 gingerbread with cherry conserve), then after we kick everyone out we head to another friends for cheese (oh yeah!), drinks and dessert.
Merry Christmas y'all, see you on the other side full of cheese and confused about what day it is.
