This made national news, but the B&S Herald here with the best story. And what a disaster for the area. The Spey is a pretty dangerous river, so to be down a crossing won't be helpful either.

Some 5 miles downstream of the next crossing. Hope it sees a repair before long

It's a beautiful bridge, but I've a feeling that it will be too expensive to repair so will be replaced by something cheaper...

So long as it is replaced I say. A walking bridge doesn't need to be as sturdy as a rail bridge after all. We have photos :)
