Actually, this guy needs to stop drinking and go on a diet.
And get a razor.
And just stop being depressed
He's busy pondering.
This is why food addiction is really hard to deal with.
You can still participate in society at large while avoiding alcohol, although there are some subcultures that are difficult to be in.
But a lot of food addicts try to avoid specifically sugar, flour, and wheat, because those foods are the most addictive. But it is very hard to participate in mainstream society while avoiding proximity to these three things.
Every restaurant you go to will have people eating that stuff. When you go to people's houses they'll be cooking and eating that stuff. Because for most people they're not a problem, but for food addicts they are.
wth do you mean by food addict? we're all addicted to food... you might wanna say someone having a problematic relation with food?
(avoiding flour and wheat sounds like some sorta weird scam stuff. I recommend looking up national guidelines for healthy balanced eating starting. )
Also, problematic behaviours related to food is most often psychological, recommend theraphy if you struggle with it.
It sure would be nice if we had a word for problematic behaviors, most often psychological, having to do with hedonistic over-indulgence at the expense of one's health, and usually addressed with therapy...
Nope. People can quit food. With the help of Jesus.
Is this some kind of psychological warfare tactic ?
I think it's an attempt at a form of Kaufmann like comedy. It is very easy to fail.
Some do. And then people who believe reality is based on vibes start to get really angry.
