wth do you mean by food addict? we're all addicted to food... you might wanna say someone having a problematic relation with food?

(avoiding flour and wheat sounds like some sorta weird scam stuff. I recommend looking up national guidelines for healthy balanced eating starting. )

Also, problematic behaviours related to food is most often psychological, recommend theraphy if you struggle with it.

It sure would be nice if we had a word for problematic behaviors, most often psychological, having to do with hedonistic over-indulgence at the expense of one's health, and usually addressed with therapy...

I think it's an attempt at a form of Kaufmann like comedy. It is very easy to fail.
