Can’t recall it fully, but I think this is a custom flexible ceiling that’s fixed in place with steel rods where it touches other walls so it’s basically doing what it should be doing! You slowly drain it by sticking a circle of tape and puncturing it in the middle.
I am almost positive this is not a real thing that exists in the real world.
