The tribe should accept the offer and the money, then just let the people go and make them official members of the nation.
This seems like it would circumvent a lot of the intent of the current regime

- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

MODERATORS
On the one hand yes. But on the other that just puts them front and center to be targeted next. It's 100% the right thing to do in the situation. But it's still a no win situation.
The government has fought us every inch of the way when it comes to our sovereignty. Even though most of our tribal leadership has generally pushed for stupid shit like casinos. They've always been embarrassed into allowing it. This administration feels no shame or restraint.
I'd be checking the staffer's dna: there can't be any land back blood there.
This is so many levels of fucked. Making the natives who has their land stolen hold undocumented migrants for their oppressors.
