There is a block limit? I don't think that's right...but I haven't looked too much at the block code other than to make it work without needing a page refresh

I would dig that. Sometimes people commit way too much to a fad like beans, jeans, and saddam sleeping. It would be nice to block them from all temporarily without having to remember to unblock them later.
