My current goals are to feel healthier and build more muscle.

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, walk almost everywhere, and occasionally hike on weekends. I have periods when I do more and when I do less. This I don’t monitor because my goals are for my own general wellbeing and not strict or competitive.

Making a routine has been helpful and so has getting dedicated workout clothes that are flattering.

Main setbacks are a hectic schedule and getting enough protein and calories. A large part of fitness is nutrition and while I eat a balanced diet, well, I can’t be arsed to track macros. Maybe I’ll look into personalized meal plans or supplementation.
