Honestly I don't see the point of advertising to them, especially if Trump is likely to use it to fuel more stupid rants.

At the same time though, we should likely block any American funded advertising / influence campaigns in Canada. Including streamers that comment on Canadian political matters. I mean, if Trump thinks that sort of thing is an attack on America, it's only fair that Canada can interpret it the same way. And there's a fuckton more US bullshit permeating Canadian media than the other way around.
