I saw the Second Wind announcement on YT and thought, "Oh shit, this isn't gonna be good." And it's not. That's damning. Frost is one of the most thoughtful, intelligent, eloquent, and insightful voices in the industry. I find it hard to believe that he'd walk out of what has been, on the surface, a smashing success (and a huge fuck-you to the corporate zombies that have taken over games media) without very good reason. And it's ironic that the reason appears to be Nick, whose firing prompted the whole team to walk from Escapist in solidarity.

Frost has been the reason why I've watched second wind and the listened to windbreakers podcast. I hope this action gets second wind to get their act together and make the changes necessary rather than the team being fractured again and moving elsewhere. But ultimately they should do what's best for them so i wouldn't be annoyed if frost and some others had to go make a third wind somewhere else.

Shame. I don't really care about Yahtzee and the channel but I really like the idea of talented people having enough and making their own business.

Good to see Calandra getting blasted publicly, the man is a humongous piece of shit so I hope yahtzee follows suit and I can go back to watching his stuff too.

Oh shit, Frost was my favorite new thing about 2nd Wind. I hope he lands well, I want to keep listening to that sultry voice!
