No breakfast because stomach is being weird. Either I overate or I'm going into a cyclic vomiting syndrome thing. Although if it's the latter it will help the doctor slam down on that diagnosis.

Mrs. Banana is off to rub elbows with the stars at a film festival, so it's been most eating out and Chinese take away, but tonight I'm making myself some bbq ribs with a loaded baked potato.
Ooo la la.
Oats and fruit
Veggies and tuna for lunch
Might treat myself to a calzone or calabrese pizza for dinner.
Chicken roll
Turkey salad rolls.
