Had lentils (french+black cooked with stock and tomato and various spices) and rice and salad for lunch.

Have some salmon in the fridge that needs eating tonight but not sure how..tossing up between a salad or with pasta

Polished off the Butter Chicken tonight, got the Lamb Shanks on for tomorrow night. Little bit worried about the smell the shanks put out after my partner opened the vaccum pack. They looked alright, and the pack was still sealed and within date, but the smell was pretty bad. Quick look online said a smell can develop in the vaccum sealed bags in particular, but its still okay to eat. So hope thats all it is.
