I miss buffets. Im in Canada and I used to go with my wife and it was like $25 each. Now it’s about $60 then you have tax and tip on top of that. For two people it’s easily over $150
If you’d like you can lay out several random meals at home and I’ll come sneeze on them so you can feel nostalgic
Tip....at a buffet? What the hell are you tipping for?
Even in America that is pretty wtf.
Because my water doesn't refill itself, and the plates don't walk themselves off the table. I'm not tipping as much, but it's still a tip.
I remember when I was a kid, there was a buffet place that was $6 / person.
