I like Medical System Expansion 2 for this, it adds bionic limbs with arm pieces, hand pieces and finger pieces; plus upgrades you can install into the bionic to specialize them.

🤔 Looking through the description, it seems to say that I would no longer have to replace someone's perfectly healthy arm and shoulder just to fit a bionic hand. Heresy!
