Is the female company logo a big butt with a thong??

[–] Foreigner@lemmy.world 29 points 2 months ago

They make period underwear apparently, so probably yes. The name 'female company' also gives me the heebie-jeebies.

I was thinking big ass tits

So, I was going out to the Night Clubs in the late 70’s. I am 5’4”, very thin, but have a large “chest”. It’s super busy, and servers can’t keep up. So I head to the bar, as many people did. Standing in line, the guy behind me starts hustling me. I’m justing trying to be polite. Then he starts being aggressive, and I’m trying to get myself out of this situation. His Friend sees what’s going on and says. “Jesus, Mark, just leave her alone”. He says: “It’s not my fault she has big tits”.

Also a large chested 5'5" woman here, this does not surprise me at all. The only way I found peace was cutting my hair really short and going for a more androgynous look. Now people think I'm a teenage boy and leave me the hell alone.

Baggy T-shirts, layers and hoodies do a good job of hiding the girls. Unless they're paying attention it's not hard to miss.

[–] absentbird@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Yeah. Weirdly chest fat is not a huge gender indicator for a lot of people unless it's called attention to. I've known several trans guys with big chests who pass just fine.

The biggest indicators imo are hair: haircut, facial hair, and body hair; then voice, then height, and maybe chest/hips/muscles somewhere after that. With a hoodie most people don't even notice.

Why is the female company logo an anatomically impossible butt with a gstring?

Or balls. It could be balls.

[–] MystikIncarnate@lemmy.ca 10 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I think it's supposed to be an upside down heart....

I see a pair of titties.

[–] Karjalan@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

It's all if these things at once

[–] absentbird@lemmy.world 5 points 2 months ago

And why does this tweet have a giant red border?

[–] Batmancer@sh.itjust.works -2 points 2 months ago

Perhaps to attract the support of oftenly problematic men that are swayed by booty shaped things yet resent the booty holders for withholding the booty from them.

Absolutely, and then they get so indignant about it! Like WE were the ones being rude and offputting. It's CRAZY!

Grew up with the notion that women aren't funny,

It made sense because there were no female comedians on TV or movies, then when youtube and online media hit, I realized how wrong I was, and there was (definitely still is) gatekeeping in mass media.

Every time: literally never heard anyone say it. Implication: it happens constantly.

[–] OlPatchy2Eyes@slrpnk.net 4 points 2 months ago

It's just shower thoughts but people suspend disbelief because they have the same bogeyman

The joke is their cock. And can't means won't.

I've never been to an open mic where women and queer folks aren't consistently funnier than men.

Addendum: cishet men aren't funny specifically.

Not mine, it was improv night at yuk yuks (for charity) and this lady was hilarious

Why can’t queer folk be men to you?

[–] orioler25@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

When did I say they couldn't be?

[–] ILikeBoobies@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

queer folks aren’t consistently funnier than men.

[–] orioler25@lemmy.ca 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Could you more clearly explain how queer men are excluded in "queer folks" but queer women are not? I think you read that with the intent to presume I'm excluding them and didn't actually analyze the wording.

[–] Hexarei@beehaw.org 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Not the one responding to you originally, but your wording does directly contrast "queer folk" with men. By saying one group is funnier than the other, you're inherently creating two separate groups.

Did you perhaps mean one thing and say another? I can only read your words as putting men into a category apart from queer folk.

[–] orioler25@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 months ago

Ah I see. I had considered queer folks to include gnc regardless of assigned gender at birth --including queer men -- and "women" and "men" as cishet since like, they aren't queer and cishet women are still funnier than cishet men consistently.
