You or I don't have the right to kill a man like so without facing punishment from the government and society. At a minimum, you get to spend the rest of your life in fear of getting caught, but while I have every right to try to stop you, whining about it if you happen to get away is just that, whining.

I'm not going to waste that effort lamenting the death of someone whose life actively made the lives of so many so much worse, and no one has the right to make me.

End of the day, we don't know who killed him or why just yet, but I doubt it was about his words alone, and odds are way too good that Donny just needed a distraction and an excuse.

What I find most interesting is that as usual the MAGA guys have no clue who even did the shooting and why and they are out making stuff up and trying to stir things up and vilify the left which is what can lead to these sorts of things. So why are they suprised? You reap what you sow.

That's entirely on purpose, coop the tragedy into a political moment.

No doubt leading to further action against your enemies and further cementing your supporters as supporters. Keep them reacting not thinking

from a YouTube channel called "Combat Veteran News"? I haven't heard of him before, looking at his channel it seems to be fairly generic "combat veteran reacts" shit, mostly to Ukraine war footage, but his 2nd most viewed video is "US Army Combat Veteran Reacts to Failed Cash-In-Transit Heist Because Driver Has Nerves Of Steel"

meh. pass. every single professional-opinion-haver in the world has an opinion on Kirk's shooting, I'm not sure why this guy's is particularly notable, and the clickbait title sure doesn't give me any hints. if he wrote a blog post or something I might skim it, but I'm not wasting 20 minutes on a video.

Just a blogger I watch. He was an officer in the military and worked in the goverment for awhile. Not sure where, maybe an inspector generals office. Generally he has pretty good content and is pretty informed.

As for what is happening in Ukraine, he has a level headed take and cuts through the bullshit and propaganda of each side.
