I was expecting there will be a recipe for downloading playlists in text format from Spotify, as I want to abandon it, too. Maybe I should look into Qobuz

I moved over from Deezer and it was painless.
I also like the Friday playlist of suggested music it creates weekly. It can be hit and miss but I've found some gems.
Yeah, Soundiiz took care of everything. It seems like a service you usually have to pay for, but when subscribing to Qobuz you get a code that gives you free export/import.
I've just been using them to build my own personal offline library. noticing a LOT of AI crap, bands that don't exist and whatnot starting to appear. fuck em
