Cool display!
Suggestion: either a black backdrop or white grid. It would make it easier to see them all if there wasn’t the contrast of your light wall color and the dark grid color.
Post any Gunpla related projects you have going on!

@Zachariah Thanks, and thank you for the suggestion. I'll look into a few different ways to do that.
Edit: the terrible lighting in that room really doesn't help
Huh, never really thought to use the wall like that for gunpla.
Also, I thought I recognize the grid. Only looked into multiboard a bit, and I have a few videos I put in my watch list about it as well as gridfinity.
Both looks like a great system to organize your stuff, and the kind of things I imagine I'd do if I have a 3D printer.
Can you share the link to the file?
Since the fediverse bridge wasn't behaving, I made a Lemmy account. Here's Part One
Ultimately it all came from here: https://www.multiboard.io/parts-library
Some specific ones I used include:
Tiles (20 6x6): https://thangs.com/search/%22Multiboard1%22%20creator%3A%22Keep%20Making%22?scope=thangs&view=list
Offset snaps (I used 8mm, which is deprecated): A - https://thangs.com/search/%22MB18%22%20creator%3A%22Keep%20Making%22?scope=thangs&view=list B - https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Snap%20%28DS%20Part%20B%29-1323061
Hooks: https://thangs.com/search/%22MB180%22%20creator%3A%22Keep%20Making%22?scope=thangs&view=list
Pegs: https://thangs.com/search/%22MB182%22%20creator%3A%22Keep%20Making%22?scope=thangs&view=list
Locking bolt: https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Locking%20T-Bolt-1310062
Snaps: https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Moderate%20Weight-Bearing%20Snap-1311034
Wherever you want to use the mounting offset snaps, you'd use a friction fit.
Hm, gonna be a two parter.
@Walican132 Part Two:
Last one was a lot of info, and honestly Multiboard takes a bit to get into. All of those parts should get you most of the way there (although I'm using the "Legacy" version of a lot of them).
The last thing I did was add a negative cylinder to each peg or hook of the size required for the stand I was using in my slicer program.
For the Simple Stand or similar, it was a 3.85x3.85x5.2 mm cylinder on a peg. For the Action Base 5, a 6.9x6.9x6 mm one on a hook.
Hey thanks for all the effort in responding I appreciate it.
@Walican132 Did both responses go through? Character limits and fediverse bridge are killing me today.
Edit: Meh, made an ani . social account to make long lemmy replies
Yep everything went through! Thanks again.
