IDK if it's COVID or bird flu or whatever. But just the constant ambulances don't really even need any kind of superbug. Part of the whole point of places like that is to pack people into overcrowded and dangerous conditions month after month, and not take care of them, so that disease can take care of them "naturally." That way you don't have to explain away any ovens or anything if it goes sideways and you wind up on trial later on.
