Haven't played em, but Eat the Reich looked interesting. Vampires killing nazis. I remember reading something a while back called World of Future Darkness, which mixed Cyberpunk and Vampire the masquerade, however I'm not sure if that was ever expanded upon or which system it used.
I was working on a module for Savage Worlds that was basically World of Future Darkness with simplified lore and adapted to SWADE, but I never ended up running it to test it since I'm pretty sure the supernatural ancestries and cybernetics will need some work. If you're interested DM me and I'll give you the pdf.
Well, technically there's Vampire: The Requiem. It's very similar, but not in the exact same universe. Some of the names are reused, but there's no canon metaplot, and many details are changed. I personally liked it a lot, but I think it's less popular than Masquerade.
If you want to roll your own setting, I bet there are generic systems that would work. Fate is my go-to, and I can see how it would work. (Probably a stress track for hunger, some consequence boxes for becoming a monster)
I've been toying around with the idea of a vampire-themed setting using the Cypher System (MY go-to!). I've got tons of ideas...it'll be a fun writing exercise, if nothing else! :)
Dresden Files RPG, vampires and werewolves are a pretty big part of the setting if not exactly the focus.
I've never actually played it, but Night's Black Agents is a cold war style spy thriller where it's you versus Vampires. Based on Gumshoe so it's more more investigative than action I believe.

Sounds like 'What We Do in Shadows - the TTRPG' (which isn't terrible!). =)
Buffy? The system's not great (not awful, just... mid), but we did have a lot of fun playing it
