Hello interlopers of Lemmy!

This is a community for people to discuss, ask questions and show their appreciation to Hello Game's No Man's Sky.

As my experience with Lemmy is in it's infancy and my experience in managing a community in general is bar none, please do give me some leeway as I get my footing. But for general rules...

Rules:

• No NSFW

• Treat others with respect

• Keep on topic, unless there is about the community itself or a fundamental topic that affects all Lemmy/Sh.itjust.works users

• Please only make posts in English

Also, as this is a budding experience for me, I am fully open to suggestions and/or constructive criticism when it comes to running a community.

Also also, I use Jerboa for Lemmy which doesn't seem to have notifications, and I also won't be around 24/7 to see what's happening, so expect slow or long waits between my interactions.

Hope all goes well

Settlement terminals now show the name and class of their associated building when viewed through the Analysis Visor.

QoL fix. Very useful.

That is a lot of fixes! Did not see any mention of never being able to remove negative effects from a settlement. All of my legacy settlements are fine, but all of the new stuff have at least 5 red effects.

I think, once all three pages are full, new effects randomly replace existing effects. This is how it used to work before they added the extra slots.

Assuming 18 effect slots, and a true RNG, this means they'll have a 1/18 chance of any feature being removed for each new effect.

Without doing the math, I'd wager this value is in the hundreds features added before all negative features are removed. But you could get very lucky and have five removed quickly.

I did not even think I might need to fill all three pages, I also thought the pages kept adding as I filled up the slots.
